Refund policy

If your print arrives to you damaged or flawed in any way, please take pictures of the damage/flaw and email us immediately at hollyvellaro@gmail.com. Your print will be replaced as quickly as possible and the damaged one will be returned at no cost to you.

 We do our best to offer colour accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often vary between devices. If colour calibrations are of concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.).

If the print you receive is not what you were expecting, we offer a 14 day return policy. Please reach out immediately at hollyvellaro@gmail.com to let us know that you wish to return it and the reason in detail. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us, and a full refund will be issued for the print upon receiving it.
